Our primary business focus was letting of furnished villas, houses and apartments. Our main target was the tourist market but there is also a great demand for furnished accommodation for longer periods in Stellenbosch. We also discovered the need for management of private properties for owners who are not permanently residing in Stellenbosch. Now we offer both these services to home owners.

Property management means taking care of all related tasks when owing a property. This could include or exclude letting your property. iKeya handles all issues as mutually agreed to with the owner, on behalf of the owner. We have a standard Management Contract which represents the most common services which iKeya offer its clients. We change this according to the needs of every property owner so that iKeya can provide a tailor-made service to each and every one.

Management of your property is actually taking care of your property as if it is our own.

Our fee structure is based on a monthly retaining fee for a certain amount of time that we will need to manage services as agreed. We provide our client with a detailed account with dates and times spend at the end of each month.

If your property is rented out and before guests are given a key to a venue, it is the duty of the home owner to make sure that the property is taken care of, that all appliances are in working condition, that the pool etc. is clean. As the owner is not able to do this, iKeya will take care of these duties under the management contract.

We can combine renting and managing your property or only take care of either one of these functions.
We never hand over keys if all monies due have not been paid. 95% of all our transactions are finalised by electronic money transfer before our guests arrive and I can say with pride that until today we have had not one bad transaction. Monies due to the owner are paid electronically on the next day after occupation and the owner is provided with an invoice. We have several quality control checkpoints in place to make sure that the owner is covered.

The essence of our service is that you, the property owner specify exactly what you want. We can sit together and draw up an agreement designed for you which will suit your specific needs. This flexibility offers the property owner the unique opportunity to customize his contract to suit his requirements. I supervise all the work myself, ensuring that specific and professional attention is paid to the detail requirements of each customer. Utmost care is taken with each property.
